How to cancel your subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time before the renewal date within your account. 

  • You will receive an email reminder before your subscription's renewal date.


Step 1: Sign In to Prospector

  • Visit www.ulprospector.com.
  • Click Sign In button in the top right corner.
  • Sign in using your UL Solutions account information. 


Step 2: Navigate to Member Profile

  • In the top right corner, click on the circle with your initials. 
  • Click Member Profile.


Step 3: Cancel Subscription 

  • On the right side of the page, click Subscription History.
  • Follow the prompts to cancel your subscription. 



Subscription has already been renewed 

If the renewal date has passed, please Submit a ticket with your request, as you will not be able to retroactively cancel the subscription yourself.
