Getting an update on your sample request from Suppliers
Overview
If you are looking for an update on a sample request you have submitted, Prospector cannot assist with these questions. The supplier is responsible for providing this information.
Questions for suppliers
The following examples are questions that should be directed towards the supplier.
- I want to track my sample.
- I need to change my sample shipping address.
- I have not received a supplier's response to my sample request.
- I need to update my shipping carrier.
- I want to expedite the shipping for my sample.
- Change the number of samples.
- Region-specific supplier availability.
- Price/quote/Minimum order quantity (MOQ).
- Technical questions/details related to the product.
How to contact the supplier
- Reply directly to the email you received from them when you placed your order.
- When requesting Samples, Pricing or Technical assistance, you will immediately receive an e-mail confirmation. The confirmation includes the name, phone number and e-mail address for the specific individual or department that received your request. Please use the supplier contact information should you have any questions.
- On the product page, you can find the Contact supplier option and contact suppliers through their listed contact information.
