How to update Product iQ account/profile information

Updates to account information can be made on the 'Member Profile' page.

Overview 

Changes can be made on the 'Member Profile' page, allowing you to modify your profile settings and user information.  

Step 1: Sign In to Product iQ

• Visit Product iQ sign-in page.
  
• Click Log In. 
• Sign in using your UL Solutions account information. 
  • See I'm having issues accessing my account for more information. 

Step 2: Navigate to Member Profile

• In the top right corner, click on your name next to the gear icon. 
• Click Preferences.

Step 3: Update Information 

On this page, you can modify the following profile settings and user information:

• Account Information
  • Email address
  • Employer Information
  • Job Details
  • Phone Number
  • Change Password
• Site Preferences
  • Language
  • Industry
  • Measurement System
  • Interests
• Email Preferences
  • eNewsletter
  • Alerts
  • Promotions
  • Webinars

Note: Click the blue Save button at the bottom of the page before exiting.
